Service Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our operations and service teams. This role is responsible for customer communication, scheduling and document management related to service work.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate repairs with customers, service partners, and building personnel
  • Review and process completed work orders for invoicing
  • Provide support with accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed
  • Assist with purchasing and staging materials
  • Create and manage emergency service work orders
  • Deliver excellent customer service and follow through on service-related requests
  • Answer phones and assist with dispatching and technician scheduling
  • Follow up with technicians and subcontractors for reports and documentation
  • Communicate clearly with service technicians, vendors, and internal staff
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with clerical procedures and customer service practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Able to pass background and driving record checks
  • Dependable with consistent, reliable attendance

USD $20.00 - USD $34.00 /Hr.
