- Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
- Must be able to read low voltage drawings, understand current NFPA standards and local/state building codes and have practical field experience/ knowledge for installation/service.
- Technical understanding and knowledge of fire life safety, fire suppression, fire sprinkler, access control, video management, intrusion detection, structured cable, nurse call and other related electronic detection solutions.
- Understand commercial building construction including repairs and scheduled maintenance required.
- High degree of self-discipline with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Must have good writing and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in the use and application of industry related equipment including MS Office.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record.
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
